The Senior Account Executive role at Anvil:
At Anvil, Senior Account Executives (SAEs) are where the rubber hits the road in terms of helping our clients implement and execute mind blowing digital marketing strategies. The role is focused heavily on client interaction and delight, meaning you are the first level of defense when it comes to client communication. You will communicate directly with both the client and other Anvil team members (specialists, strategists, director) in order to ensure client accounts are achieving the outlined goals and objectives. SAEs will also be responsible for providing digital marketing services (SEO, PPC and Social Media) for client accounts. SAEs are responsible for client satisfaction, delight, elevation of results, retention and account growth. SAEs are responsible for grooming the Account Executives and Account Coordinators to help them reach the next level, in collaboration with Director of Account Services and Account Strategists.
- Bachelor degree (or higher) in business, marketing, communications or other relevant field.
- Minimum 3 years’ experience managing SEO, PPC and Social Media campaigns.
- At least 2 years’ experience in an agency setting is preferred.
- Must possess strong interpersonal, presentation and communication skills. Must possess exceptional writing skills.
- Demonstrated ability to seamlessly juggle many projects, always meeting deadlines, and exceeding client and team expectations.
- Demonstrated ability to effectively develop and execute detailed, efficient, effective and innovative digital marketing services.
