Phil has over 25 years in the agency business, most recently heading up CMD, where he helped transform the specialty training and publishing company Creative Media Development into a full-service agency with Global clientele including Intel, Microsoft, HP, Banner Bank and JELD-WEN. As President he oversaw all aspects of the agency, including culture, strategy, planning, creative, production, sales, accounting and personnel/staffing.
