Phoogoo hosting options are a "managed service". Support and basic administration are included in the pricing. When hosting with another provider those services are not included.

We provide a fixed bid for deliverables. However, with almost every web site project there are revisions (ie design changes), scope changes (ie new features or changes to functionality) and training that come up beyond the original scope document. If you would like us to include a contingency for those unforseen changes what level do you anticipate. The contingency is not charged up front, but it is an additional budget you would set aside to plan for unforeseen changes to the project once it gets started.
