Consumers Online, but 28 Percent Not Buying

Internet Retailer reports that 28 percent of North American online consumers are still holdouts: Of those, 62 percent cited concern about providing credit card info; 55 percent said they’d want to see, touch, feel an item before buying; 25 percent said they’d first look online, but buy at a bricks-and-mortar store.
