A new Gallup poll says the average American isn’t wild about blogs. The poll goes on to mention that blog readership hasn’t increased over the years, even though Americans are spending more time online.

Breakdown:
9% ready them frequently, 11% read them occasionally, 13% rarely read them & 66% never read them.

The Technorati article I presented last week made it sound like blogs are on an up-swing, but with so many blogs being created on a daily basis and readership staying stagnant, it doesn’t look too good going forward.
