A recent Marketing Find study examined the “usability” of websites in their ability to leverage and support conversions and ROI. Jakob Nielsen commented in the study that if a website is hard to use, people will leave. While this may seem like a no-brainer, the article highlighted 5 different components of usability that can be used by webmasters and SEOs when analyzing and designing a site.
