Many contradictions draw lines between black hat and white hat SEO practices, while others fall more in the grey area. For example, Contradiction #12: Blogs rank too well vs. SE’s don’t like blogs. This one might be a bit too black and white. Anvil has seen optimized blogs and blog postings do very well in search engines – but whether they are ranking too well or to say that the engines flat out don’t like blogs may be too much a blanket statement.
