Lock Down Your Kids (or Employees)
by Kent Lewis on December 27, 2010UncategorizedOver on Mashable, Charlie White discusses how to censor your kids “like they’re in China.” It’s a great post and a good strategy for forcing your kids outside (or onto their mobile phones). It’s also a great tactic (albeit big brotheresque) for small businesses who cannot afford IT teams but don’t want their employees slacking off during the day.
Employers can also monitor how much traffic is being used each month – potentially identifying whether their employees are working on spreadsheets or watching YouTube videos.
