AddMe.com, a search engine marketing service, has gotten in the SMO (Social Media Optimization) game by launching a button called AddThis. AddMe.com is encouraging webmasters to include an AddThis button on all of their articles, products and feeds.

AddMe states that by adding the AddThis button to your site, “Your visitors will remember you and your products better. The buttons will also help your visitors spread your content to other people through the social services, which can of course send you more traffic.”
