Online retailers have begun utilizing blogs to give their stores more personality – and to give shoppers a reason to keep coming back, even if they’re not buying. An e-tailer blog can also be effective in drawing customers first to their interesting and informative content, and then onto the main Website to make a purchase. E-tailer blogging is still in it’s very early stages, as companies are still figuring out how blogs fit into their overall structure, but there couldn’t be a better time to jump on the bandwagon.
