Increased Organic Traffic and Conversions Through Site Improvements and Keyword Optimization

ESS, Inc. offers all-iron flow battery solutions for renewable energy storage that are cost-effective, safe, and environmentally friendly.

Challenge: 

As competition begins to grow in the renewable energy industry, ESS, Inc. needs to have a strong foundation and establish itself as the industry leader and thought leader in the renewable energy storage industry. The challenge  was to improve organic reach, name recognition, and search domination for key energy storage terms.

Strategy: 
Anvil audited the ESS, Inc. website to identify areas of weakness for optimization for organic search. Anvil conducted keyword research to identify terms that are currently being searched to determine keyword optimization within the content of the ESS, Inc. website.  Anvil provided the following:

  • Recommendations for website improvements
  • Keyword research, metadata creation and implementation, and content optimization recommendations
  • Ongoing SEO recommendations and optimizations

Results:

  • Following the launch of the SEO optimizations, Organic Traffic is up 59.96%
  • Conversions for Organic Traffic increased by 682.35%
  • Organic Conversion Rate increased by 389.08%
  • New Users from Organic traffic also increased, by 76.26%
