About You:
Do you organize your clothes by color, books alphabetically or sock drawer by use case? Do you have a passion for process? Do you organize your email inbox with flags, color coding or elaborate folder structure? Is your attention-to-detail borderline OCD? If you answered yes to any of the above, you are an ideal fit for our Project Manager role. Salary range is $40,000 to $55,000 annually.
The Project Manager Role at Anvil:
The Project Manager has day-to-day responsibility for the smooth and effective running of all Anvil client accounts and projects with a focus on exceptional delivery. This role requires effective project leadership and an understanding of project initiation, budget control, project tracking and reporting, risk and issue analysis and quality assurance. To maximize the account team’s utilization, the PM will coordinate and plan capacity with the Director of Strategy on a weekly or as-needed basis. The PM will also reconcile team’s accrued time against budget and monthly invoices.
This role requires superior organization, facilitation and communications skills. This person will be punctual, professional and reliable, to the point of being semi-autonomous. At the same time, this role requires a team player mindset, as this role will only be successful if the team follows directives initiated by the PM.
Requirements for Position:
- Bachelor’s degree from a four-year college or university
- Demonstrated ability to seamlessly organize, prioritize and manage needs of account team and agency clients and partners
- Superior analysis, writing, communication and presentation skills
- Marketing agency or project management experience preferred
- Proficiency with, business, management and accounting platforms including Office, Basecamp, Big Time and QuickBooks preferred
