Since 1989, IconTime has been helping small- and medium-sized businesses be more productive and accurate in managing time and attendance.

Challenge: Since 1989, IconTime has been creating time systems that are quick to install, simple to operate and highly reliable. The company recently started selling on Amazon, but wanted to increase revenue and return.

Goal: IconTime’s goal was to increase revenue via the Amazon channel, profitably. Anvil took over the Amazon presence in late 2018.

Strategy: Anvil took a multi-pronged approach to increasing sales. The first step was to build out a robust storefront to create a more substantial presence. The second step was to optimize the product pages to rank within Amazon and Google searches. The final step was to build out an advertising program that maximized reach and ACoS.

Results: Within the first two months of management, Anvil was able to generate the following results:

Impressions increased by: 333%

ACOS increased by: 304%

Orders increased by: 233%

Clicks increased by: 405%

CPC increased by: 181%

CTR increased by: 122%
