Melanie is responsible for allocation of internal resources. She brings more than 15 years of experience working with and leading teams of all sizes in a variety of arenas. Having worked on project teams at Nike, Inc. opening new stores worldwide, to collaborating on multi-million dollar technical infrastructure projects for the State of Oregon, and managing business process analysis and implementation for small and medium Governments at Accela, Inc., Melanie has a deep understanding and appetite for Project Management and leadership. Expanding on her Project Management background, Melanie has worked in Advertising & Marketing for a number of years, leading and collaborating with teams to drive clients toward their goals. She has worked with several brands and companies such as Mindtree, Enjoy Life Foods, OSU, Kaufman Hall and divisions of the Linux Foundation.
