Centerpointe Custom Facebook Page Launch Case Study

Challenge

Centerpointe Research Institute had a very limited Facebook presence, with an under-built page, no fan engagement and a very small number of Facebook fans.

Strategy

After a full social media audit of competitor Facebook pages, Anvil created a step-by-step Facebook launch strategy to get Centerpointe’s current customers to engage with them on Facebook in addition to growing the number of new customers gained directly from Facebook.  Anvil and Centerpointe created a custom Facebook “welcome” tab that included a new YouTube video highlighting the benefits of Centerpointe’s program in addition to offering a free ebook download directly through the Facebook page. Anvil and Centerpointe also set up a live video stream through the new Facebook page where Centerpointe fans could ask Bill Harris (Centerpointe’s founder) questions and get answer in real time.

Results

• 5,518 new Facebook “likes” in 2 weeks (up from 0),  many from current customers.
• 125,939 post views in 2 weeks
• 2,303 demo/ebook downloads generated in 2 weeks
