- Google Analytics Real Time – Google Analytics now contains a series of real-time reports that measure what’s happening on your site in real time. These should be rolling out in the next couple of weeks. Real time analytics will help publishers understand popular content, faster. Retailers can assess the effectiveness of a social media campaign almost instantly. The possibilities are endless so keep an eye out in your accounts for this new feature.
- Multi Channel Funnels – this amazing new features gives marketers more insight into the full path to conversion over a 30 day period, as opposed to just the last click. This move towards attribution is a step in the right direction for Google Analytics as it helps to narrow the gap with Omniture. Take a look, you just might find that those PPC campaigns are paying off even more than you thought!
- Google Analytics Premium – aaaaand the moment we’ve all been waiting for. A true competitor to Omniture and finally the ability to have dedicated support with Google Analytics. Rumors are that this comes with a $150,000/year price tag.
